From the KIPP community

"Colleges want to know the real you, not an image you want to put on to make yourself look good."

Student, KIPP NJ

"My biggest takeaway was that using too many rhetorical devices, like metaphors, can take away the essay's goal of focusing on me."

Student, KIPP Kansas City

"Our students valued the support. Counselors were able to use the time we'd ordinarily devote to editing personal statements to other important tasks."

Educator, KIPP DC College Preparatory

"I love all the tools you're sharing with us so we can help our students. The rubric was nicely presented and organized — sometimes we just add our comments, but the rubric presents the feedback more comprehensively for the student."

Educator, KIPP SoCal

Whether you're a KIPP student or educator ready to dive in, or a school looking to build a full program, we're here to help!
